Problems with Folio Builder for CS5 (Mac)

hello,

 

i running adobe suite cs5. trying design ipad application , running problem folio builder. previously, computer did not have folio builder @ all. followed instructions on adobe.com , downloaded , installed updated folio producer tools (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpid=5433&fileid=5435) , downloaded , installed updated folio builder panel (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=180&platform=macintosh). when open indesign, folio builder still saying "an update is required use folio builder.  please click here download folio producer tools."

 

i not sure why happening since downloaded new producer tools, following these instructions: http://help.adobe.com/en_us/digitalpubsuite/using/ws67cb9e293e2f1f60-21ba9a4512e5e5e0b8d-7 ffe.html

 

does have suggestions on how fix issue? please let me know asap.

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
