real?

new aircraft , moves in similar fashion helicopter(i.e. flies , can hover), isn't rotary wing, uses "four mechanically-linked, contra-rotating, cylindrical turbines propulsion, ..."

altering angle of blades in turbines, can launch vertically, hover still, move in direction, , thrust upwards , hence 'glue down' upon landing, can on deck of ship, or moving vehicle. it's silent, has dynamic stability enter buildings, handles rough weather ease, flies long distances , can lift heavy loads. accordingly holds immense promise platform personal flight, military usage, search , rescue, , more.

sounds awesome, , looks compact i'm wondering if isn't hoax??? can't find videos it.
have anymore info on this?
