Thread: Hollywood OS? Where to look?

hi. have seen tv shows , films law enforcement agency, or team @ "leverage" have large screen other side screens.

don't have holographic display, or 60" touchscreen, have tv, , couple of computers running 10.10 , 11.04.

do, using mouse instead of touchscreen, "push" photos, videos, or dossiers on enemy agents screen or phone.

imagine along lines of hot zones on desktop, if flick item to, say, right of screen, leave desktop , pop on desktop of (networked, separate , different) computer right, , if drag / flick item top centre bluetooth phone (which i'll set automatically accept files "my.desktop.homelan".

had little similar with, think, compiz, in if flicked item right dump onto virtual desktop 2 (of 4 horizontal ones).

search terms use in google or ubuntu me started? can compile, i'd rather not, i'm not @ it, , can edit .cfg files long there plain english descriptors ("enable_feature_foo=1" "fave_place=/home/me/fave/" etc).

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
