Which is best for creating photos with embedded links and objects such as donation buttons and url's

i know subjective question, having trouble figuring out product best suited needs.  want take photographs have, create objects (such donate buttons), ( click here read story), (click here learn more), idea.  want select area of picture , embed or link url.  make 3d buttons clickable take user website or load predefined form. 

 

i have trial versions of adobe photoshop creative suite 6,  adobe indesign , adobe photo elements 10.  not sure start , if of these looking for.  suggestions appreciated. 

 

basically have photos of myself , service animal.  has passed away , working on "service dog raina fundraising campaign".  want make small pictures post on newsfeeds on facebook,  create pictures post people's timelines (making these nice ones), creating email these same pictures add few pages fundraising websites.  need make buttons or areas of photos can clickable take people paypal donation link/website gofundme website page. 

 

thanks in advance or suggestions given.  experience level novice.  comfortable software long has tool tips or @ least decent database features offered.

sounds not have web design premium cssuite.  has dreamweaver , fireworks, dw html layout, fw buttons, rollovers, etc.  dw's templates in giving head start.  photoshop ( ps ) great sizing pics down , other things, create image maps ( embedded link hot spots ) best done in dw.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
