Akeeba Backup on HostPapa - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

while restoring website hostpapa (from 123reg), akeeba backup archive (when executed) goes through 4 steps. through first, second , third ok on fourth step, super administrator field (and drop down box) empty - if has forgotten super administrator on website.

the website www.sobodesign.co.uk and, if continue on installation without selecting super administrator (obviously, there isn't 1 select) following error:

table 'sobod170_sobo.truejos_session' doesn't exist sql=insert `truejos_session` (`session_id`, `client_id`, `time`) values ('abf35c76b7524f6984313207ac493594', 0, 1357766807)

does know why super administrator has disappeared? or how back? , answers appreciated.

sounds corrupt backup me.

i first redo backup ensuring use .jpa file format, next download file using ftp , upload in .jpa format website ensuring old files deleted, use kickstart script supplied akeeba extract files.

if on step 4 there no superadmin details, simple add some, , continue install process.

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
