Create ID - but didn't receive verification email
yesterday created new adobe id new folio , content viewer (in accordance best practice guidelines). no problem didn't receive verification email. i've waited 24 hours , still hasn't turned up. tried log in , hit forgot password button , asked password reset email, , hasn't turned up.
i've tested email address other services , receives emails fine.
i thought perhaps hadn't setup adobe id tried set again , says exists.
is there way new verification email? (the faqs , tell me login , change it, of course don't have password not verified).
anyone help?
did check junk/spam folder?
