How do I incorporate a stand-alone .html file with hundreds of bookmarks?

i have file needs incorporated project. file (i have saved .mht , *.html webpage complete), has hundreds of bookmarks. best way flashhelp project without blowing (which has done twice)?

i might helpful if give more information use.

for example, version of robohelp using? (x5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)

robohelp html or robohelp word? (we might assume robohelp html, never know)

what have tried far? how have tried getting file robohelp? i'm assuming have tried because said has blown twice. matter, mean "blowing up"?

normally, if it's single html page, might advise right-click in project manager pod (assuming using robohelp html here) , choose import. ensure filtering html files , navigate , select page want.
