how to fit an object to artboard or bleed frame ?

hi there,

i find quick way fit objects (mainly rectangle , ellipses) artboard bounds.

sometimes though want fit them bleed frame.

the closest thing find script works quite resizes artboard.

i don't know how modify resize bleed frame though.

somebody of on ?

moreover, assign keyboard shortcut execute script , need appear directly in file>scripts menu.

so second question illustrator default scripts folder can place script in , make appear in menu ?

of course, other tip simpler welcome
