I BEG FOR HELP "INSTALLATION ENCOUNTERED ERRORS"????

i'm growing more , more upset program , company.
i love do, hate how help.
i have had same problem 3 months, , customer service has yet help!

i have lost 2 hundred dollars since unable return product.
please, can problem fixed?
half way through installation adobe premiere elements, cd ejects.
stating "your installation encountered errors" "exit code 7" labeled.
what mean , how can around it?
if possible call me , make process quicker, beg so.

this user-to-user forum , doubt call you.  when customer service has yet help, mean you’ve been on phone hours , hours people in india and/or similar time same people on chat session while talk through various things, , none of things have helped?  or have not gotten through customer service , found forum?

 

adobe provides 30-day trial of products, if paid without testing on computer, not adobe’s fault.  credit-card companies can handle refunds within 30-days, , if didn’t that, it, again, not adobe’s fault.

 

if provide details system possible here might able suggesting things figure out, may not more adobe support did you, already, if have spent bit of time them.

 

one suggestion have run adobe log analyzer see if finds anything.  , if doesn’t, @ least @ installation logs see install failure.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
