Importing Word 2010 - Style and Image Problems

this week upgraded word 2010. don't know if else experienced problem, if use shapes may in trouble if import documents robohelp.

 

apparently microsoft changed shapes version. if @ 2 images below, top shape word 2007 shape, , bottom shape word 2010 shape. notice how ragged new shape - it's if it's in lower resolution.

i did testing , found out shape retains clarity if save in word html, , import it. reason looks adobe going need address how import 2010 shapes without messing them during conversion process. in meantime, that's fix - unless else has thoughts.

actually, when published project found imported html file displayed no images...except shapes, looked wonderfully well. know why might be?

 

the files appeared coming on during import process. displayed in results dialog either .png files or .jpg files. shapes .pngs, , images inserted document .jpgs. none of .jpg files display, except in design screen , preview window. there no folder in project manager file. in fact, file displays rather randomly in project manager folder of topic. can please explain going on, , how can fix this? can't import word documents , can't import html files @ point. i'm stuck.

 

by way, shapes come on .gif files when import .doc file, , come on .png files when import html, may have in reduction of quality in published topic if import .doc.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
