"beforeSave is not defined" message in CS5

our organization upgraded older versions of contribute contribute cs5.  1 user upgraded getting errors when tries edit web pages.  errors are:

in file "date_beforesave": referenceerror: beforesave not defined

and

in file "_aftersave": referenceerror: aftersave not defined

 

these errors appear multiple times when opening or closing web page.  can click "ok" until disappear, can imagine, slows down lot.

 

she using contribute cs5 on windows xp.

 

i have renamed translators file (which cleared error, not these) , of references find older version of contribute.  deleted connection website , re-created it.

 

what think should try next?

i try clear contribute preferences:

 

1. quit contribute if open.
2. in windows, following:

   • locate contribute preferences folder , delete it.

     navigate c:\documents , settings\<user>\local settings\application data\adobe , delete “contribute cs5” folder.

   • clear registry preferences.

     in command prompt, run following command - "reg delete "hkcu\software\adobe\contribute 6" /f ".

3. in mac, following:

   • locate contribute preferences folder , delete it.

     navigate <user>\library\application support\adobe\ , delete “contribute cs5” folder.

   • locate user preferences folder , delete it.

     navigate <user>\library\preferences\ , delete “adobe contribute 6” folder.

4. restart contribute.

   when launched, new preferences folder created based on site connections create.
