Localhost Issues - Some Extensions will not work - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have backed live website , have installed on localhost updates. installed fine of plugins not work correctly. jce editor not show in articles, or other place supposed to, , when try close article, joomla freezes. also, using proforms , not work correctly either.

i have transferred live domain localhost many times , never had these types of issues before. have recommendations correct these problems?

yes, instead testing on production server in subdomain or folder...

i hate inevitable surprises accompany development on different server productiion.
