spot healing brush behaviour with stoking path

can tell me why healing brush useless on stroking path.  (apparently no matter setting use) creates soft blurred splodge opposed to  - - supposed do.

 

i've spent 2 days creating (imho) totally awsome action highlights moles , skin blemeshis (and finding details, not colour or brightness should work on skin tones), creates path based on them, , totally fails patch them because implementation of healing brush stroking on paths rubbish.  path created quite complex of couse, , extends on of image, not stroking single path spot healing appears work.

 

the nearest thing i've got create pattern based on clean patch of skin , use healing brush set pattern. works ok person, rubbish on else.  i've tried using patch tool, no good. content aware fill produces soft blurry splodge.

the combination of path creation , stoking healing brush offer functionality think adobe should investigate.  i've got @ least 3 actions waiting go out door save retouchers hours , hours of boring spotting work.  uses frequency separation, too

i don't know. here's result in photoshop cs6 on windows stroking path spot healing brush on mole left top picture.

the path used visible in mole section.

 

maybe having such complex path confusing spot healing brush.
