Thread: 11.04 size on a AMD64

hello everybody. after few weeks of trying got situation. (bought cd pctech101.com). on amd 2x64. installer doesn't let me make / partition less 2.6 gb. last time had /, swap , /usr partitions , few others , choose installation on /usr. installer put 384 mb on / , 1.7 gb on /usr. after running updates manager have 680 or somethin on / , same on /usr. after installing nvidia driver ended 744 mb on / , 1.7 gb on /usr. funny part if open system monitor, processors show average of 5% activity while doing nothing , memory occupancy of 362 mb. feeling frustrated, it's been 3 month since release of 11.04 , updates doubled size of os. feels windows. help.

i wouldn't advise installing on partition less 10gb..

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
