megaglest open source 3d-real-time strategy game, control armies of 1 of 7 different factions: tech, magic, egyptians, indians, norsemen, persian or romans. game setup in 1 of 16 naturally looking settings, -like unit models- crafted great appreciation detail. additional game data can downloaded within game @ no cost.
gameplay

game of megaglest takes place on map of varying size, such aslargeplains , fields, terrain features rivers, mountains, seas, or cliffs. players must establish settlements gain resources, defend against other players, , train units explore map andattackenemies. different resources have gathered everyfaction. thiscan energy, food, gold, housing, stone , wood. choose faction , create different units , buildings while developing factions' unique abilities on course of game. beware: strategy matters, chose wisely when deciding units use when , if want chance beat enemy.
