i have not received replies post in meantime, able earlier version files , reverted joomla version 2.5.4 , can login.

but not want upgrade again , still know why happened. if can post answer issue, appreciate others experiencing same issue.

otherwise, have solved dilemma reverting 2.5.4.

i did change password in phpmyadmin.
i did check in phpmyadmin authentication , user set "1"
i did check there no empty lines in configuartion file.
none of these worked.
