Could not open PS CS6 because disk not available - new info

running ps cs6 on mac pro, mt. lion 10.8.1, 10 gb ram, 3.6 tb on 4 internal drives. new problem cropped today.  launching ps brings error msg not open because dik not aviable, , 2nd msg not open scratch file . . . .  removing prefs  file works, there's but: can't change prefs without problem reoccurring.

 

can reproduce following:  reinstall ps cs6, change 1 preference, namely make disk scratch disk, move 1st place.  problem reappears.  appears must leave boot disk primary scratch disk.  disks ok, repaired & permissions verified disk util.

 

even if clear prefs, verify releaunch ok, , change 1 preference, prob.

you chose scratch disk, no longer available, or there problem additional disks (like duplicates in /volumes directory).  can happen network or removable volumes (external disks).

 

the code signing message known problem in 10.8, we're working apple on it.

(we had signed, somehow 10.8 doesn't of them 10.7 did)
