Creative Cloud "Installation Error (15)"

hello:

 

i have been attempting install creative cloud on macbook pro (10.7.4) last 13 days. consistently receive "installation error (15)" no matter app download. (crazy)

 

i have adobe case # , have called on several times. have tried every solution can find on adobe site else google searches have given me. i've attempted download & install in safe mode, i've tried adobe creative suite cleaner, i've run adobe support advisor, plist, disk utility repair permissions. i've tried downloading & installing trial versions of software "invalid checksum" error.

 

it amazing find solution not result in me going local mac store charging me tech support hour.

 

i appreciate suggestions & apologize creating new thread installation error (15) issue.

please try steps listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 initiate direct download.  invalid checksum error received when trying download , install trial may indicate connection issues.  causing difficulties have been experiencing when trying install through adobe application manager well.  trying download using direct connection can see if receive specific errors while downloading.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
