CS6 HDR Pro problem

hi!

 

i'm using trial of cs6 check out hdr pro.

it turns out not work on computer.

 

 

problem description:

 

the "merge hdr pro" window comes , can kind of settings. when hit "ok", can see dialog box saying "creating file..." , progress bar. hdr pro window goes away , normal cs6 window comes front. far, think it's should be.

but dialog pops saying:

 

"error 8800: general photoshop error occurred. functionality may not available in version of photoshop.

- <no additional information available>

line: 124

->    desc.putpath( typenull, new file( this.file ) );"

 

and cs6 window empty again (like new file). files loaded before merging gone, no hdr result visible.

 

 

file types:

 

this same behaviour, no matter whether use nikon raw files or jpegs source.

 

 

software:

 

cs6 version 13.0.1 (trial version)

 

 

operating system:

 

mac osx 10.7.4

have done forum search?

because think far first post regarding problems »merge hdr pro«.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
