Forms not calculating data

i created simple form order processing with:

 

item    description     qty.     unit cost       total cost

 

for line items.

 

when me , several others use form in acrobat pro 10 or reader 10 works fine, have customer using in pro 9 , fields don't calculate. asked him use in reader , said worked perfect, why wont work in 9?

 

 

aslo, , issue having earlier deleted second page, wouldn't calculate last entry second page no matter was. strange. deleted second page since rare use second page orders anyway.

form fields not make contents available other form fields until 1 leaves field.

 

you may need check calculation order.

 

are there javascript errors being reported on javascript console?

 

without sample of form, difficult determine going on. can provide link sample form?
