'500 - internal server error' after php upgrade - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

we running joomla 2.5.4. last week netcetera, our hosting company, upgraded php v 5.4.8. has caused '500 - internal server error' following:

freeslider sp1 - stopped home page displaying @ disabled it
global configuration - cannot save changes
k2 items - cannot save changes
joomla update 2.5.7 - produces 500 error

does know of issues php 5.4.8?

also, upgrading joomla 2.5.7 solve it?

i upgraded latest version of k2 still won't save items though can list them couldn't before.

any suggestions gratefully received.

the hosting company reverted php v5.3 , our site working ok.

there issues joomla v2.5.4 , php v5.4.8. if these resolved later versions of joomla , good. otherwise think people should wary of upgrading version of php unless can revert again if site doesn't work.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
