Mercury playback GPU Acceleration

i have less $1,000 invest in graphics card.   nvidia quadro 4000 graphics card give me sufficient strength acess mercury playback gpu acceleration?

for "some" others, @ least 1gig of video ram, use nvidia hack http://forums.adobe.com/thread/629557 - simple entry in "supported cards" file

 

unless need 10bit video output, quadro overpriced compared many other nvidia cards

 

go cs5 benchmark http://ppbm5.com/ see people using

 

i not in market new card, if (windows) go nvidia gtx 670 today's "best bang buck"
