So... my extension has to have an installer? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have useful modification joomla acl configuration literally 2 files , serves valid purpose. i've read in order considered jed, extension needs installer. why can't include 2 php files in zip upload directory instruct them to? i've seen quite few extensions in jed away this. mean, need installer? tigracon, template framework jomsocial, installed manually joomla core, has no installer , it's featured in jed.

plus, i'm not sure if have component, want sell it. pretty altered few core joomla files hide specific menu items in joomla admin area based upon specific acl levels. so... able submit jed if provide files instructions in zip file download?

i think there 2 problems this. 1 provide functionality using core file hacks, other is, it's not extension (component, module or plugin).

but anyway sounds transfer functionality system plugin , having no issues hacking core files plus having extension.

from within system plugin, can html buffer , manipulate hiding menu items , can redirect 403 instead of locations menu items pointing to.

that way issues solved , publish extension in jed w/o problems.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
