Trying to Create a Quiz

i new captivate (downloaded trial of captivate 6) , there couple things can't figure out far:

1. i trying create simple quiz - 1 multiple choice question. every time publish displays vcr-like toolbar , when goes slide slide toolbar shows "play head" advancing though there no animations or other time-based elements. how rid of toolbar? have downloaded sample file adobe (the "basic photography" demo) - doesn't have toolbar don't see obvious differences in settings.
2. how make user doesn't need click on "submit" button in quiz question. in sample quiz user merely clicks on choice within multiple choice question , instantly feedback. again don't see obvious difference in way demo question created.

p.s. if can point me resource creating quizzes , quiz reporting (i don't care screen captures) appreciate it. haven't had luck finding straightforward tutorials new users trying create simple quizzes.

for quiz slides in captivate 6 there option turn off playbar during quiz in quiz, quiz preferences:

if not quiz, turn off playbar totally slides, open skin editor. uncheck show playback control.
