have purchased premiere pro subscription process, go download , sign in , accepted in, when prompted age

i might have put 2012 default dob instead of am, how can change ?

 

all centres closed @ moment , need software use today

might try this

 

update adobe id. adobe id has not been updated , missing required information, such date of birth.

1. log in adobe.com sign in.
2. click information.
3. update date of birth, first , last name, , address.
4. click save.
5. log in creative cloud again.
