Acrobat X installs only in German

i have client , i'm trying install acrobat x pro.  have downloaded trial version adobe's web site , i've tried install our full version our server.  when click setup install either 1 both come in german.  used same files on system , came in english,  user not have viruses or can see unusual programs installed.  settings can see in english , client has no contact german customers etc.  contacted adobe support , not helpful.   client running win 7 64-bit w/ symantec anti-virus, , office 2010.  client running acrobat 9 pro , works fine. 

 

i ran repair of 9 pro , fine.  tried install x pro again still coming in german.  removed 9 pro, , tried install x pro.  still german.  tried reinstall 9 pro , had restore because system recognized attempt install x pro (somewhere in registry)  had system restore 9 pro back.  tried again install x pro , still german.

 

does have idea's on need for.

1. language of os ? german?

2. can please provide name of files in directory running "setup.exe"

3. the  content of "setup.ini" file ? please paste here

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
