How can I Know the real time of my 24p project?

i made animatc part of planning 7 min animated video on premiere pro using 24p project, trunsting ruler set 24 fps , time displayed real time of video (not ndf time), since there no indication on premiere's create sequence window ruler on ndf basis. (when cerate new sequence,on new sequence settings window set timebase 23,976, ruler shown 24fps, no indication of drop or non drop frame.)

recently had export 29,97 version of project, , in fact 14 frames bigger. concluded time ruler showing me ndf time not real time of video.

is there way of creating 24p project, ruler gives me real "clock" time? or formula "convert" ndf time df (real) time, know where, on ndf ruler, have  stop have 7 min video?

thanks in advance
