Installation Hangs On Step 2 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

so, have issue when try install joomla either joomla site or quick start package, hangs on step 2 of install, never making step.

interestingly enough, softaculous script on cpanel installs joomla fine, , made crap test site way, host has needed working fine joomla able see in step.

i know not permissions have changed files , recursive dirs 755-765-777 etc....

tried can think of.

any ideas?

i think, installer doesn't have permission @ access folder in trying install joomla!
