Need help troubleshooting issues with Adobe Reader X

hello,

recently our company upgraded multilpe computers reader x.  installed version 10.1.0.  ever since our users on x have been experiencing problems.  seeing 3 different issues.

1) user fill out pdf , click print.  @ point popup appears message "adobe reader has encountered problem , needs close.  sorry inconvenience."  user has choice click on debug or close.  clicking debug doesn't appear anything.

2) clicking on pdf in internet explorer launch adobe reader , progress bar shows on screen indicating pdf loading.  progress bar goes away , user left looking @ grey screen.

3)  when attempting open pdf user recieves message "the instruction @ "0x00720065" referenced memory @ "0x00720065" . memory not "written."

in every situation way past problems restart of pc.

as attempt resolve issue tried upgrading several users reader version 10.1.3.  done uninstalling version 10.1.0 , installing 10.1.3.  did not have effect on problems.

can here offer , suggestions?

please let me know following information:

1. os on seeing these issues.

2. method of deployment of 10.1.3 update. done via sms/gpo/scup?

3. can try , update 1 of systems latest version of reader i.e. reader 10.1.4 , see if solves problem.

4. browser using render pdfs. issue seen internal links alone or links. can try , see if following opens on 1 of faulty machine: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/837/cpsid_83708/attachments/acrobat_reader_releasenote_10.1.3.pdf

5. if suggestion# 3 doesnt work, can try , uninstall installation on 1 of machines manually (i.e. via control panel > add/remove programs or programs , features depending upon os) , install fresh copy of reader 10.1.3 (from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/10.x/10.1.3/en_us/adberdr1013_en_us.exe) , see if solves problem. if does, may issue deployment methodology followed.

thanks
