PLEASE help. Return to Quiz is creating problems

i using captivate 6 updates.

 

i have pretty lengthy tutorial.  wanted implement remediation, means learner, when @ quiz, sent slide correct answer, returned quiz question or missed.

 

this should not problem.  however...

 

as learner progresses through lesson (not quiz section) first time , gets slide right after "jump quiz", slide seems stop @ beginning, displaying initial content, stopping.  not play audio, , not present additional information within slide.  if press play button @ bottom of course, procedes normal.  happening every slide when remediation requestion.

 

details: each quiz question, have set "last attempt" jump slide.  slide provides correct information located during course.  have changed quiz properties.  let's jumping slide 26.

at slide 26, click on button continue.  action, change option "on success" "return quiz".

 

here's kicker.  when published or viewed, slide 26 without problem.  procedes slide 27, displays initial information @ time 0, not continue, nor plays audio.

 

as test, have deleted frames in slide 27 exception of audio, or other.  no good.

 

this happening "return quiz" actions.

 

this should not rocket science.  totally stuck in water.  know i'm doing incorrectly?

 

published executable, viewed in latest ff , ie, viewed within captivate.

well found answer.  duplicating slides, , apparently didn't work return quiz element.  still not sure why, when created new slides, remediation worked perfectly. go figure. hope helps else out encounters similar problem.
