Single user is not able to print PDF files.


i have following situation @ our organisation 1 of our users.

 

printer:

kyocera fs1030d

kyocera km-c3225

 

i have 1 user not able print pdf files in our network. (user chris)

printing word document or notepad works fine.

 

to specific:

the user using windows 7 pro 64 bits.

we have citrix environment.

 

when user trying print pdf file follow following steps:

open pdf file.

go to: file -> print -> select printer use.

hit print button.

 

now pop comes loading pdf file printed. (the percentage bar)

after bar disappears nothing happens.

 

the print que not show on bottom right hand of screen.

if open printer que there no document needs printed.

 

 

we tested printing pdf file on different computer user account chris, no success.

 

we tested printing pdf file on same computer user account, success.

 

we tested printing pdf file in our citrix environment (still on chris pc), success.

 

so wrap up: printing user account works fine. issue seems located in user profile, not specific single computer.

 

 

 

we tested following.

print image setting.

remove print drivers , reinstalled them.

renamed windows folders drivers installed.

removed adobe acrobat version 9 , installed version 10.

 

any suggestions welcome.

update aax work in 64-bit environment. aax still 32-bit process. upgrade needed 64-bit os think. idea update anyway. if cannot open aax update process, may have download updates adobe run them manually (in order).
