Front Page Text Where It Doesn't Belong And Other Problems - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello community

when comes working joomla (or comparable type of program matter) i'm still green fresh spring leaves, please bear me.

i tasked editing joomla website made else. right need add single page few images in them. first problem whenever add new page site (with text only), , publish it, when go site check out page shows text of front page first. text had inserted myself (which 1 word “test”) appeared @ bottom of page, after front page’s text. happens every page wish add.

the second issue inability upload images. tried using image button @ bottom left of article editing page media manager, yet every time gives me following error:

• warning: failed move file!
• error. unable upload file.

the images trying upload jpg images, enabled uploading in global configuration> system tab. have checked admin account, , same kind of account guy made site in first place.

any insight on problem appreciated here.

without seeing website, or knowing how configured. 1 possibility front page not article, done in module (is correct) , set show on every page except checked. explain how shows on every page add not have told not select them.

as images first response file permission error. permissions set on images folder?
