How do I submit my proof of eligibility?

if purchase product online adobe.com can submit eligibility submitting proof of eligibility when place order. if have pending order, go my orders in adobe account, , click submit proof.

 

if purchased reseller, product come either student , teacher licensing product code or student , teacher editions product code. if have student , teacher licensing product code, go student , teacher licensing website. (see: where find product code?). if have student , teacher editions product code, go the  eligibility verification service. (see: where find product code?).

 

if purchase adobe product on phone, can submit proof of eligibility through customer support portal.

 

if purchase creative cloud subscription using educational discount, provide proof of eligibility when place order (step 2 of purchase process). include name of institution you're affiliated with, if student or teacher/faculty/staff, , enter name, information insistution, , school email (this helpful, not required).
