Links work on Firefox but not Safari or smartphone

i had working web site, added h1 element pages, none of photo links work on safari or iphone or htc.

 

i went , made sure tabs have links , link titles image on link tab , text underneath it.

all works on firefox, none work except tab (behind icon , text) on iphone , safari, , none work on htc.

after playing bit noticed browser bar on safari starts go, stops (blue indicator color in browser window showing progress shows quick sliver starts open stops continuing , doesn't open new page).  can open on mac holding control , clicking mouse (probably akin right click on pc), selecting "open" open in new tab or window.

 

on smartphones, holding down tab open works, has in new page (won't open selecting "open") , opens in new window correct link, won't go clicking twice on used (never opened on first click did give hover states designed page).

the pages don't have new h1 on work fine, of hover states changed opacity.  taking 1 step forward , 7 steps , frustrated.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
