Print page instead of selection

a 1 page acrobat file received small part selected in red outline print selected piece.

the part prints giant font , 1/16 of whole page & outlined in red. 

i need whole page print.

can't find dialog correct printing area. 

i saved computer same result.

tried snapshot tool new selection & didn't work either - although did print in large font different part of page.

have tried selecting see if makes difference?  select need this:

 

edit >> select all

 

if doesn't work please post link page here try on his/her machine , tell how it.
