Several aspects of my code aren't working

hello;

 

this first time using dreamweaver.  photoshop illustration i'm working towards.

 

i'm close can right now, though, , code coming short of mark.  box above table image; other 6 text boxes.

 

1.  looking @ work in wysiwyg editor of dw, top of text boxes either raise 15 or 20 px, or has moved off left same distance; can't seem divs space evenly.

 

 

2.  in firefox, text box tops belong - browsing file on drive, it's not uploaded anywhere - , divs spaced pretty well.  however, can see, center section of each text box looks correct in wysiwyg editor of dw, in browser, it's opaque when should translucent.

 

 

3.  cave paintings aren't appearing except outside margins; part of same graphic background.  if had drothers, display above text boxes (that illustration transparancy separate background) in 1 place, , 1 place only.  suspect done css, don't know begin.

 

 

could possibly impose on knows how fix part of what's broken expertice, , of time?  i'd obliged.

first things first - planning on slicing image in ps , exporting html dw?  if so, stop doing - not reliable method use create *real* web page, works prototyping.
