Thread: Cups stopped working AGAIN
hello all,
printers have been major pain use, tiny mechanical parts , all. here it's pure software. 11.04 upgrade broke cups nth time since started using ubuntu couple years ago, thought i'd solved that, today it's broken again. can print test page fine cups web interface, can print virtualbox xp session, if print else (from firefox or gimp), job hangs, no error:

no taker ?
find strange test pages print fine while self-test pages not. i'd expect opposite (or none @ all).
i've removed/reinstalled printer, i've removed/reinstalled cups: no difference.
