Thread: how do you start cups ?

cups disabled default on backtract 5 (kubuntu 10.04), can start service running command
code:
/etc/init.d/cups start
but cups load @ start always, i'm sure fix file editing don't know which.

as it's in init.d it's easy add rc.d

want run in level 2 3 4 5

ubuntu strains normal run level 2

code:
update-rc.d cups add update-rc.d cups start 20 2 3 4 5 . stop 20 0 1 6
