Thread: Need a program to move/click mouse

hello, ubantu gurus! i'm new ubantu/linux. need program can move , click mouse me, think called macro. first choice record me moving mouse , play back. if not i'm pretty sure edit script make want.(although scripting experience neverwinter nights). awesome!

you can try using 'xdotool' move mouse , click.

xdotool mousemove usage: mousemove <xcoord> <ycoord>.

xdotool mousedown usage: mouseup <button>

as program record , replay mouse movements, try looking "xnee"
