Thread: T-Mobile USB internet question

hi all,

got vodafone usb internet stick, finally...
it's huawei k4505 stick , recognized out of box 11.04.
gives me option connect (after setup) , asks pincode... never got pincode store, normal? @ store have install vmb work program says needs libboost-serialization1.40.0 (>= 1.40.0-1) , cannot installed. using natty , have got libboost-serialization1.42.0 installed. means software badly written, right?

thinking it's normal sim card, should pin , puk code, right?

going store tomorrow, informed before do.

thanks!

w000t! works, , how it's done!

don't use software provided vodafone, gives libboost dependency error..

instead goto:

http://www.betavine.net/bvportal/res...ards/os/ubuntu

worked me!

strange though, vodafone needs it's own software. ubuntu recognizes usb modem out of box. , have things before connected , network applet doesn't show connection.....

heck, got mobile.....
