√ Upgrading to Photoshop Extended 6 ?

hi

 

i received adobe creative suite 6 design & web premium not upgrade new package. on imac, cs5 suite installed. photoshop has many commercial plugins. issue. don't want scrap precious plugins.

 

moreover, space limited on hard disk; cs5 software trashed , replaced cs6 sofware or there duplicates of them.

 

please help, lost

firstly, installing cs6 not override existing cs5 machine. both exist side side. if have space constraints, better uninstall cs5 prior installing cs6.

 

secondly, ps made work several different plugins. should not face issues in using plugins ps cs6 unless don't support it.

 

now, migrating ps cs5 plugins , presets ps cs6, recomment check below article.

 

migrate saved presets earlier version of photoshop or import/export them : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/979607?tstart=0

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
