Adobe 10.1.3 crashes when a .pdf is closed on Adobe Pro X or IE

i have been having issue on work computer couple of months now. running windows 7, , upgraded ie8 ie9.

i have contacted computer support people @ work, , have uninstalled , reinstalled adobe 10.1.3 multiple times see if fix error. has not helped. never had issue adobe crashing until adobe 10.1.3 installed. other adobe updates worked until than, on both ie7 , ie8. issue causing me delay work because each time open .pdf (no matter size) , close it, adobe crashes, each time open .pdf (no matter size) on internet explorer (no matter version) crashes not adobe internet explorer causing me loose work related data. there patch can download fix issues? because issues interfering work duties. please help!

update acrobat latest released version 10.1.4 , see if resolves issue.

if still crashes, kindly share across crash dump of process.

 

steps create crash dump:

when acrobat crashes, go task manager->processes , right click on acrobat.exe

there'll option create dump file.

save dump , share across via file sharing server.

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
