Can't Play Videos on Version .271

i have "upgraded" fp 11.3.300.271 , can't play cnet videos on either ie9 or

chrome 21.0.1.

i can go cnet home , pull articles , read them can't sign cnet

or watch videos. worked prior upgrading.

no problems on other sites.

help please,
