[Help] How can I optimise this footage

ok, let me first off apologise in faq. no means knowledgeable on premiere , had no idea search or for.

i make videos youtube ps3 games, use hauppauge hdpvr record , ‘arcsoft showbiz’ capture footage on pc (a program comes pvr).

here screenshot of specs of sample of footage in question:

my questions are:

what preset should use ?

what format should render in ?

and, there other tips of enhancing or retaining hd quality of raw footage?

the reason ask because far have been able export lower quality videos youtube , bit annoying spent fair amount of money on piece of hd kit.

first of all, footage 720x576 - not hd. can export out size if like, it's not going hd. check hardware see how hd footage out of rig.

your sequence settings best set dragging footage new sequence button - ensure match source footage.

then, when done editing, export format want h.264. then, see presets include hd youtube footage.
