Thread: error on sudo apt-get update

error: n: ignoring file 'transmission.lista' in directory '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/' has invalid filename extension

**above error comes when put sudo apt-get update **

, problem - using online flash player (online radio), full list of songs shown current song can see exact names others' names blank.

e.g.

playlist:

1)---------
2)you hero (current song)
3)--------
4)--------

so, tried update ubuntu 10.10 (2.6.35-30-generic) using code: sudo apt-get update no success.

sudo mv /etc/apt/sources.list.d/transmission.lista /etc/apt/sources.list.d/transmission.list

you need remove hardy repos sources.list

code:

gksu gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

when you're done both these things, run

code:

sudo apt-get update
