Aspect Ration on DVD

hi,

i read docs on internet regarding aspect ratio still need help.

i live in europe , have pal 25 frames/second (this correct setting).

 

i faced problem dictated inexperience creating dvds play project create regular home tv. far, took care of being viewed on pc or on internet.

 

the main issue people have both regular old style tv (i assume can 4:3) , more modern flat widescreen tv (16:9).

 

i have small project made of several pictures taken digital camera (2848x2136pixel; 72x72dpi). decided create nice slideshow presentation unable use premiere el because did not know how reach same result found easy use win live movie maker animation in 1 click , output video in full hd.

question: how can same win live movie maker  premiere el?

 

with nice picture resolution , size decided go 16:9 can benefit more of panoramic view.

the problem people have @ home in respect aspect ratio, dvd player , tv?

 

question:

1. if produce 16:9 movie dvd automatically adapt 4:3 if needed or loose edges of pictures being cut off (16:9 => 4:3)?
2. to avoid tv issue, natively created 2 different videos 2 different aspect ratio. then, created new dvd project 16:9 native aspect ratio , saved both videos giving end user choice view. not know if right.
3. if produce 4:3 movie lose nice panoramic view.
4. what commercial dvds unable do, in respect aspect ratio?

 

what should do?

 

another few questions:

1. is there software handle creation of dvds menu , not creating movies? far, having tried many found ashampoo movie menu being best because respects hd , full hd resolution , allows creating full hd dvd menu , actual video without degrading video quality. ask because when generate full hd video on pc going create dvd, software, premiere el, degrade video quality , not keep hd resolution.
2. how can create new dvd menu , animations in premiere el either scratch or using existing ones?
3. is there way find external or additional dvd menu other installed dvd of software?

as dvds, if play widescreen dvd on tv 4:3, video letterboxed.

 

you can set premiere elements produce widescreen video selecting option in project settings when  first start project. part 1 of free 8 part basic training tutorials shows how set project.

however, make sure photos no larger 1000x750 pixels in size before add them premiere elements or may overload , choke program.
