Cannot access Template Manager 500 Error - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i've installed template joomlart. receive 500 error when trying access template manager. have changed permissions has not resolved issue. appreciated.

it may joomlart templates/extensions not mssql compatible judging error reported.
not - in fact few third party developers joomla spend time or resources on making products compatible return (i guess) on work developing , testing not match limited uptake there windows iis7 mssql users.
you should therefore contact developer directly issues.
