CFQUERY record count limitation

i've been trying figure out issue days customer's data of our totals did not agree between totals report , detail report. there lot of data reproducing issue in test environment added time. anyway, while in shower morning occurred me, maybe not logic issue in report generator , instead cf limitation -- let's dump out record count. low , behold, record count = 100000.

 

there appears 100000 record limit query result sets. cannot find reference limit nor anyplace change it. thought other know.

 

btw, cf9, 64 bit.

just throwing out there thought, might not limitation of coldfusion limitation of database server.  maybe not limitation perhaps default setting maximum records returned.

 

what database server using?
