CS6 Creative Cloud and Apps are currently unusable. Any ideas. Thanks.
this current setup:
mac 2 x 2.26 ghz quad-core intel xeon
20 gb 1066 memory
apps , startup on ssd
user account on 2 tb internal drive
running 10.8.1
cs5 runs perfectly
using latest version of suitcase font management
these issues?
1. photoshop works, not load when initiated through - edit image - in other app. except following error:
could not save preferences because file locked, not have necessary access permissions, or program using file. use ‘get info’ command in finder ensure file unlocked , have permission access file. if problem persists, save document different file or duplicate in finder.
2. indesign not open @ all
3. illustrator not open @ all
4. flash opens.
5. dreamweaver opens.
6. @ work, every time app opened tells me trial , makes me log in. older machine attached different adobe id day job..

it seems bad permissions issue on os.
step-1. can try give access adobe folders below:
/applications/adobe*
/applications/.adobepatchfiles (hidden, use go > go folder command)
/applications/utilities/adobe*
/library/application support/adobe*
/library/application support/flexnet publisher/
/library/preferences/com.adobe*
/library/preferences/flexnet publisher/
/users/[user]/library/application support/adobe*
/users/[user]/library/caches/adobe*
/users/[user]/library/caches/com.adobe*
/users/[user]/library/preferences/adobe*
/users/[user]/library/preferences/com.adobe*

step-2. try run disk permissions reset utility following steps below:
1. open disk utility selecting applications -> utilities -> , disk utility.
2. select primary hard drive (the 1 loaded os x on) , click verify disk permissions button.
3. disk utility check drive permission errors. in example screenshot below there none if errors appear, click repair disk permissions button.
