dreamweaver cs3 - CSS not rendering when opening pages - Please help!

i using dreamweaver cs3 , have built quite few (basic) websites not complete novice totally thrown css not rendering in new website building.

 

i have set new template, working fine, full css included, previewing in browser ok.

 

then created 2 new pages template 'aug.html' , 'oct.html' , saved both - both pages contain link each other , both preview fine in browser on own.

 

however when click on either link either page, doesn't matter page start with, result same, new page opens seems forget half css, div's move , links reverted blue , underlined, changed if there no css @ all. 

 

why css not work here? have never had problem before, css simple, have 6 div's contain in, including #wrapper. body tags , a:links preview fine until click , new page opens looses css. there no accessibility / compatibility issues coming either.

 

please - have tried many different things totally lost! know must simple can't find obvious reason why, need this.

a link online page wiil enable spot problem.

sounds pathing issue on link css.

possibly case issue on *nix server

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
